Senior Customer Service Specialist |

Summary of Job Responsibilities:
1. To process sales contracts, products allocation
and arrange shipment according to contract terms with
JDE system
2. To keep tracking of shipment with logistics team,
update customer on shipping status until getting customer
receiving information
3. To verify customer account receivable with AR report
and pass to customer team for AR collecting
4. To handle customer complaints/claims, pass to QA
& logistics team for further resolving
5. To file and keep original contract and documents
for Sales contract
6. To handle customer inquiry until feedback is given
by related team
7. To keep high service level and meet success order
rate target with SC team, analyses success order rate
result
8. To issue regularly reports , such as: weekly sales
order forecasting, monthly sales report, monthly customer
service report
9. To manage and process credit order on product return,
price adjustment, etc.
10. To set up customers/distributor record on special
requirement
11. To verify the selling price with JDE system and
sales order, pass the price issue to business analyst
and sales for resolving
12. To drive all process from importation to drug inspection
finish (for imported drug shipment only)
13. To process foreign trade contract under LC term
from LC open to payment receive
Requirements:
1. Familiar with ERP system
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
3. At least 3 years business experience in contract
processing field
4. Strong ability to deal with complex situation, such
as internal and external complaints, work pressure
5. Bachelor Degree, computer skill is required
6. EPT 4 above
