Position: HR Supervisor/Specialist
  Manage the HR department through ¡°hands on¡± method.
  Final responsible for labor relations, recruitment, C&B, conflict management.
  Work with management team in identifying, describing and communicating country wide objectives and goals.
  Establish and maintain long term HR policy and procedures to guide HR operations.
  Develop new HR initiatives to fulfill the companies¡¯ growth strategy
  Provide leadership and direction to ensure the development of staff members in HR department.
