Position: HR Manager
  Initiate and implement human resource development programs to ensure all employees improve their skills and perform to meet the company expectation
  Ensure the company compensation and benefit to employees are competitive in the market.
  Communication to all employees about company policies regarding working rules, discipline, hiring, termination, overtime, vocation and remuneration and promotes employee morale.
  Coordinate and oversee all employment process and conduct recruiting together with all relevant departments to ensure appropriate work force deployed.
  Coordinate all employee training program in company wide
  Implement appropriate Health, Safety and Environment policies in line with both Company and Local government requirement.
