and explain all financial and accounting results of the
company; |

Leads the Sox
process for the company; |

Pays a key role
in helping the company achieves planned profitable growth; |

Implement ERP
for both companies, secure internal control over financial
reporting and plant controlling activities within the
task list; |
| |
Validate and follow
Capex and Investments, manage banking relation ships,
advise with financial analysis (product calculation, quotes
etc.) and establish financial impacts of economic actions;

| |
Recruits, trains
and coaches the finance team for the company; |
| |
Advise the company
management in term of taxation and finance; |
| |
Works permanently
with management and all level within the company to initiate
and implement costs reduction actions; |
| |
Guaranty full
respect of financial procedures, lead and validate administrative
procedures. |
